Can Kevin Durant or “KD” become MVP of this years season? Well, as usual, in order to be the MVP of the league, its not about about how many points you score per game. For example, Chris Paul averages about 10 assists per game, and 17 points per game and is 5th place for MVP. For Kevin Durant, his main focus should be on being on being a threat to the basket (scoring) sharing the ball with his teammates, and making sure his team wins games consecutively.
Although Kevin Durant is in second place for MVP, he still has a lot of time to raise his “assists per game” stats and make sure his team is winning a lot of games because it is the race to the playoffs in a few weeks. With his partner Russel Westbrook and his spot in the MVP ladder, the Thunder have have a great chance of appearing in the Finals again. Just like Michel Jordan used to say-“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.”
Finally, jut like the Miami Heat, the Thunder’s main focus should be on getting to the playoffs and winning championships. As for KD, he should focus on being himself, and making his team win in order for him to win MVP. Will it be LeBron, KD, or another player?
