What it takes to become a Basketball player?

Becoming a basketball player is extremely difficult (even for athletes). You need to practice like so hard that one day you will have a six-pack or even muscles. You also need to know what your weakness is and you need to work it out and be better at it. Your weakness is the most important thing when you play basketball. If you don’t know how to work out your weakness, the best thing is to ask coaches and basketball veterans. To be a good basketball player, one of the most important things you need is patience, discipline, and being active and attentive. Those really help you play the game well. To increase your speed, you need to walk 400 meters and you need to run (NOT JOG) 400 meters. In order for you to play the game well, you need to know what double dribble is, Offensive foul, backcourt violation, ect. You need practice yourself. I mean you need to practice rebounding, stealing, proper foot work, you need to coach yourself when you practice. Practice with other people and learn some key terms like rock, paint, chain, ect. You also need to learn the basics of team work. You need to work as a team and help your team in rebounding, double teaming, and ect. Also you need to learn and adapt new tricks in the game of basketball. If someone tries to pull a trick on you, I bet you will already know tactics of getting the ball away from them and when you do, they will never mess up with you again. Play with others! That way when you verse someone competitive and you win, the game you play will be easy and the competition will be easy. Last thing is DRIBBLING!! Many people mess up in dribbling all the time. You need to have balance, you need to have focus, and you need to have everything you got. Basketball is a game which contains lot  of skills you need to accomplish before you can be a professional. But like always, YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE!!
